What we want

The Senior Athletic Assistant- Football Recruiting/Acquisition will assist with all aspects of Football recruiting operations, including game day activities, official and unofficial visits, and other recruiting events and will support documentation and compliance processes while ensuring adherence to NCAA, Conference, and University regulations.

What you need to know

  • Salary will be commensurate based on the selected hire’s education and experience.  
  • Travel required with assigned sport. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekend and holidays) as required to complete assigned duties.

Qualifications

 

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Three years of experience in athletic administration, football recruiting, football operation and/or football coaching experience at high school or colligate level

 

Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Master's degree

  • Proven knowledge of NCAA rules

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, and database programs
