The Delivery Effectiveness office oversees the program and project-level execution of our Engineering teams, managing the intersection between agile development and traditional project management practices. It provides visibility into the capacity, priorities, commitments and execution of the product portfolio at all levels of the organization, up to and including the Board of Directors and C-Suite. Finally, the office enhances organizational health and employee engagement through its leadership in communications, recruitment, college relations and team building.

As the senior leader of this team, you will elevate the performance and consistency of our Scrum teams, fostering high performing, success driven engineers who will be developing and maintaining our products. In overseeing this office, you'll ensure that project status reporting is effective, consistent and rolls up to the program and portfolio. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for building effective organizations and can manage a variety of relationships among various stakeholders and across all levels of NCR Voyix.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring and leading a team of project managers, product owners and business analysts.
• Overseeing a program portfolio of more than $25m annual investment, ensuring effective prioritization through disciplined Demand Management practices
• Will build robust dashboards and governance communications that provide transparency into investment allocations and return on investment
• Distilling complex project status and risks into relevant communications to various stakeholders at the operating, functional steering and executive levels
• Facilitating the right outcomes with data and conviction using diplomacy
• Measuring and improving team productivity
• Maintaining a manner of leadership and flexibility that diffuses pressure and promotes a team atmosphere
• Assisting in the creation of processes and procedures with input from other development teams
• Supporting an open, learning and progressive environment to allow the team's exploration of new solutions
