Job Description: 

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Project Manager to build project plans and estimates, empower execution, and actively monitor and course adjust to meet program objectives. You will support a Program Manager and multiple teams in a “team of teams” environment to incrementally deliver value and continuous improvement that enable the customer to meet its mission objectives. The ideal candidate is hyper focused on customer needs, enthusiastic, a self-starter, and is dedicated to the mission. 

Responsibilities include:

This position is a customer-facing position that supports delivery teams and supports the customer with execution of projects.  Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Ability to interact with stakeholders at various organization levels (IT leadership, PMs, architects, developers, engineers, and operations personnel)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Ability to analyze data and form recommendations
• Solid technology understanding
• Hands on experience with Management tools (ex. Jira, Confluence, or others)

Here's what you need:

• 7+ years experience delivering and/or managing an information system project
• 5+ years experience working with multiple specialties in a “one-team” environment
• Working knowledge of project management concepts and principles
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 5+ years experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and visualization skills, preferably in Excel
• 2+ years experience with National Security systems

Bonus points if you have:

• Demonstrated ability to understand team/client relationships, team dynamics, and environment culture
• Experience building deliverables to support stakeholders and program management
• Able to engage with customers/stakeholders/end-users and influence decisions based on sound analysis
• Familiarity with AWS capabilities and offerings
• Experience with managing subcontractors
• Familiarity with security processes
• Desire to learn new technologies and tools and willing to share your experiences with the team
• Program Management Professional PMP or similar certification
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Security Clearance:

• Must have an active Top Secret, TS/SCI preferred
