The Business Process Specialist, New Products Position
Sunnova Energy is searching for Business Process Specialist, New Products to beresponsible for design and implementation of business processes related to newproducts for Sunnova’s service and maintenance departments. The Business ProcessSpecialist is responsible for identifying and documenting processes and procedures inthe service and maintenance departments for the implementation and integration of newproducts.

Business Process Specialist, New Products Responsibilities

• Serves as a subject matter expert in all processes, policies, and procedures for the service and maintenance departments
• Creates process, policy and procedure documentation to support new product implementation and integration in the service and maintenance departments
• Implements the change process, create documentation for monitoring the change management, ensure that the team stays on task and meets timelines
• Collaborates with IT, customer care, billing, business development, sales, and other departments as needed to identify tasks and deliverables to implement new processes and services for new products in the service and maintenance departments
• Performs review of current and newly implemented processes to ensure accurate reports and/or other deliverables
• Process and workflow management for audit response, contract adherence, and compliance functions
• Results-oriented and pro-active; Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or another related field
• 2+ years’ experience in business process management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in solar energy or retail energy
• Experience with electrical and or maintenance operations
• Master’s degree
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Experience in Excel, Tableau, VBA, and SQL
