Job Description

Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the company’s corporate IT division in Germany. In our, dynamic and multicultural support team we take the responsibility of M&S related topics for our HR IT systems from the global application specialist perspective that oversees the activities all around the world.

LET’S MAKE BOSCH A HOME FOR PEOPLE IN A DIGITAL AGE

Our team is looking for a Global Application Specialist who will be responsible for Maintenance and Support activities worldwide for the Job Skill Data Library, assuming the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage strategic development of platform (via regular releases/ sprints) together with the product owner;
Implement and provide solutions as per the business requirements;
Investigate recurrence and patterns of support needs to design holistic solutions. Liaise with subject-matter experts where escalation is needed;
Collaborate with Global Application Support Specialist, IT developers and other support teams;
Continuous process improvement, collaborations, and regular alignments with relevant stakeholders for topics such as: Interfaces, Data Security etc;
Coordination of Change requests, releases, and update;
Prepare and deliver presentations with rich data visualizations and meaningful business insights and conclusions;
Responsible for all M&S activities with the team in India.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or similar;
Previous Experience in Talent Development / Talent Management, Organizational Development and experience with IT systems or applications support is a plus;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (namely Word, Power Point and Excel);
Logical, structured, proactive, and effective way of working within international virtual teams;
Global mindset, Team oriented, resourceful, ability to work on a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German is a plus.
