JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with indirect procurement activities to support the business operations
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to the supply chain team.
- Track supply chain effectiveness, efficiency, and opportunities
- Assist with inventory management by supporting the tracking, monitoring, and analysis of inventory.
- Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team, including maintaining documentation, organizing files, and participating in meetings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Science (MS), or PhD program in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or a related field at an accredited university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Great project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts and principles is a plus.
