Position Summary:

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing account-based strategies in alignment with Sales leadership that will help us identify revenue opportunities and promote customer growth while overseeing the execution of all regionally integrated marketing programs. All efforts are aimed at driving consistent weekly activities to generate account-level customer engagement and uncovering new contact leads for regional sellers.

We are seeking a passionate, team-oriented, data-focused individual focused on driving ROI through pipeline creation. You will be responsible for partnering with the sales, channel and operations teams to uncover insights and opportunities to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies in support of our overall cybersecurity platform growth. This will be accomplished through strategically sound and researched marketing programs that target customers at every point of their journey moving them from awareness to loyalty resulting in a strong Trend Micro brand and growth business.

Marketing tactics are expected to be properly aligned to the pain points of the target accounts and relevant job titles/roles and executed through the appropriate channels.

The Regional Marketing Manager is forward-thinking and encouraging the region to look for new ways to penetrate the target accounts. The individual actively participates in an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity and continuous self and team improvement. The individual collaborates cross-functionally with other global and regional marketing teams, channel, operations, web, social, and PR to drive engaging customer experiences.

This individual will work with operations and analytics teams to track results, including impact on sales, align investment decisions with performance targets and utilize budget to maximize ROI. Generate a monthly regional summary report and comprehensive quarterly and annual marketing reports.

Experience:

Experience in fast-paced cybersecurity industry is a bonus
Experience in B2B marketing or the tech industry is a bonus
Must have demonstrable field/regional marketing experience partnering with field sales, and channel partners
Must have proven experience in translating sales goals into marketing plans
Experience in tracking and measuring marketing events, programs and metrics.
Must have budget management and forecasting skills
Excellent collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with all levels in the sales organization, corporate marketing, channel teams and peers
Highly effective communicator with good presentation skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
