What you'll do:

• Ensure all customers are billed accurately and timely for services.
• Run On Account (OA) credit reports and apply exact matches on a daily basis.
• Research, analyze, and reconcile accounts to ensure proper OA and credit balance application within the accounting system (Basis).
• Collaborate with Branch Locations, Collections, Data Entry/Data Integrity, and external customers to maintain accurate account balances.
• Run billing cycles and track related billing reporting metrics.
• Produce billing-related queries and managerial reports for internal use.
• Generate and run additional reports as needed for management.
• Follow and process bad debt recovery, customer refunds, and unclaimed property procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between accounting systems and internal departments to support billing operations and resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in and support special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
