We work closely with Allegro's Product, Analytics, Research and Data Science teams to ensure our consumers receive the most accurate promises and fastest delivery, as well as a high level of consumer satisfaction throughout the process. We also take care of the proper behavior of the sellers so that they understand the importance of fast deliveries and improve the speed of deliveries in the right categories over time </p><p><strong>What does this role involve?</strong></p><ul><li>You will be  one of the main members of the Delivery Promise &amp; Speed ​​​​Business team and take responsibility for improving KPIs related to Promise and Speed</li><li>You will identify, prioritize and implement key initiatives from start to finish (from conceptualization to execution) that help improve KPIs</li><li>You will cooperate with the Product, Analytics and Research teams in creating the right solutions for our merchants, which helps them improve delivery speed in the right categories</li><li>You will take responsibility for developing and stimulating the internationalization of speed and delivery promise also in countries outside Poland (Mall group countries)</li></ul><p><strong>This is the right job for you if:</strong></p><ul><li>You have at least 7-12 years of professional experience (e-commerce and/or business consulting experience is a plus, although not mandatory) in a product-oriented environment or understands how to achieve large-scale business results with products</li><li>You have experience working in a complex matrix organization with stakeholders from different functions</li><li>You have strong analytical skills and a good working knowledge of numbers/business case building</li><li>You  are goal-oriented, focused on achieving high-impact results</li><li>You  are self-reliant and have a high attitude towards ownership</li><li>You have excellent, structured communication skills</li><li>You have strong interpersonal and people influencing skills; demonstrated record of successfully impacting change via influence</li><li>Work effectively in English (desired C1)</li></ul><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid working model.
