Job Summary:

The Prospect Regional Manager is responsible for the oversight and success of stations in their region. They must have a passion for ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation with strong financial performance and a positive employee relations culture. The Regional Manager must ensure the positive promotion of the Unifi brand and identify opportunities and services that will provide growth in the overall footprint of Unifi.

* Oversight of Operational leadership and drives safety, operational performance, customer experience, and financial results.
* Evaluate daily staffing and ensures resources are aligned for optimum performance.
