Salary: $79,000- $120,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

You’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic team to create high-quality, intuitive design solutions that drive growth. You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio focused on SaaS products and user-centered design.
• You are proficient in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for web and mobile platforms.
• You have strong background in user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• You have collaborative experience working with product managers, engineers, and other designers in an iterative, cross-functional environment.
• You have experience in maintaining and evolving design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
• You have familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to measure and optimize design impact.
