Job Description

• Constantly monitor PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES wave progress
• Coach, counsel employees not meeting standards
• Continue monitoring work standards and make necessary improvements when job functions change
• Organize web order workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
•  Assist with ecommerce inventory management and order flow
• Assist with all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data
• Ensure ecommerce service level agreements are being reached
•  Assist in creating wave criteria that will flow evenly through the picking operation using.
•  Assume E-commerce Supervisor responsibilities in the absence of the E-commerce Supervisor
• Ensure a seamless transition of information is being relayed between both shifts
• Assist with additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Lead experience helpful
• Minimum of two years experience in warehousing or distribution environment
• Ability to read and write English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
