Hourly Pay Rate: $31.00

Responsibilities

The Overnight Front Desk Agent is an on-call position that will support the schedules of our full-time staff. The role will provide account reconciliation services, accurate reporting, check-in services, preparation of folios, balancing of cash drawers, and PBX duties such as managing incoming calls, maintaining communication with security for emergency situations, and being the point of contact for staff, guests, and homeowners. 

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed
• Basic math skills required
• Comfortable with computer programs
• Organized and efficient work ethic
• Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Pro-active approach to problem solving
• Experience in night audit preferred. Related experience such as cashiering, bookkeeping, or accounting will be considered
