Flexibility in working hours is essential to effectively support our global user base.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities and Impact:</b></p><ul><li>Manage legal systems such as Ironclad CLM, DocuSign eSignature, Appian, Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, AI tools etc.</li><li>Assisting with the knowledge management repository, including filing and document storage.</li><li>Provide operations support to a global cross-functional user community, respond to incoming service requests in a timely manner.</li><li>Perform project and program management as needed to drive implementation.</li><li>Document all actions performed to resolve issues, keep knowledge base of known issues, and develop solutions.</li><li>Manage legal team meeting schedules, agenda and minutes.</li><li>Provide training as needed to SPGCI's Legal and Business teams on the CLM and other technology and AI tools.</li><li>Assisting the legal team in designing PowerPoint presentation decks.</li><li>Managing and monitoring legal team general mailboxes and other matters as assigned by the Head of Legal, Strategy &amp; Operations</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For:</b></p><p><b>Basic Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>3+ years of relevant technical work experience.</li><li>Keen understanding of contract life cycle management tools such as Ironclad CLM, and other information management tools such as DocuSign eSignature, Appian, and Salesforce.</li><li>Good technical skills and is highly proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams and AI tools.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.</li><li>Strong team player who works well with others but is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and business relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Demonstrates a proactive, go-getter attitude with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.</li><li>Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What’s In It For </u></b><b><u>You?</u></b></p><p></p><p><u><b>Our Purpose:</b></u></p><p>Progress is not a self-starter.
