The RoleWe are seeking a creative, collaborative Senior Web Product Designer to join as a key member of our Digital Experience & Innovation team. As Influur refines and grows its product offerings, your contributions will be a crucial part of how we evolve our enterprise and B2B products to   revolutionize the advertising industry through the power of influencers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process, from understanding the core user challenge to handing off well-crafted and beautiful UI to our developers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces and define a range of creative and innovative solutions.
• Explore and refine your design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Work with product managers to clearly communicate requirements to tech and data team members.
• Help define success metrics that ensure design solutions are delivering value to our customers while also considering business needs and constraints.
• Collaborate with teams such as marketing, sales, and leadership to implement our brand and design system across all digital communications channels.

Desired Background

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer, focusing on responsive web-based software solutions.
• Proven ability to excel in complex problem spaces, bringing clarity to teams through mastery of the design process.
• Skilled in building and adapting design systems for intricate web-based products using tools like Figma.
• Experienced in exploring multiple design variations and articulating the pros and cons of different approaches persuasively.
• Proficient in leveraging user experience, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design to craft comprehensive solutions that address all aspects of the user journey.
• Obsessed with high-quality, well-crafted visual design, valuing attention to detail and design excellence.
• A strong facilitator, capable of collaborating across functions to synthesize complex information and develop innovative solutions.
• Adept at balancing customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
• Demonstrates creativity, curiosity, and humility in tackling challenges and delivering results.
• Passionate about dreaming up elegant solutions that combine innovation with practicality.
• Prior experience in marketing, social media, FinTech, or marketplace businesses is a plus.
