About the role

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Manages and guides the Focus Tech team in identifying growth opportunities, acting as a bridge between technology, sales, and operations to drive customer focused solutions.
Oversees and directs technical initiatives, engineering projects, and customer support programs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and technical support training.
Participates and leads key customer meetings to provide general technical insights and promote Focus Tech solutions.
Develops executive summaries on existing technology provided and future technology needed ensuring technical alignment supports sales across all regions.
Manages the needs of customers in order to meet the objectives of the company’s overall business plan and strategy.

Qualifications:·Bachelor's degree in chemistry or equivalent experience.·Minimum 10 - 15 years' experience of business development, marketing and or sales in electronics or chemistry.·Experience making or selling products or services in a start-up or early-stage environment.·Minimum 8 years in a leadership role within the sales & distribution environment.Focus Tech offers paid time off, a generous benefits package including health and life insurance, and 401k plan with an employer match. Note: Must pass a drug test as well as a background check. The pay range for this position is between $165,000 - $195,000 per year depending upon experience and qualifications.
