Senior Transport Planner

We are a growing team of business experts in finance, accounting, data and technology ready to „WOW” the world with our expertise, passion and pride to be GREEN.We act on our values of Passion for consumers &amp; customers, Courage to dream &amp; pioneer, Care for people &amp; planet, Enjoyment of Life, always focused on being ourselves: inclusive, diverse, and open for new challenges.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your responsibilities would include:</p> <ul> <li>delivering training and on-the-job coaching to colleagues (on overall HEINEKEN processes)</li> <li>preparing data for daily / weekly meetings</li> <li>being Single Point of Contact for technical issues in systems</li> <li>supporting with creating new system solutions</li> <li>acting as the escalation point for the most complex queries and the most sensitive stakeholders.</li> <li>on request, acting as Team Leader back up</li> <li>leading daily / weekly meetings</li> <li>maintaining accurate records of meetings, including minutes, action items, follow up items, and follow up dates</li> <li>supporting in preparing slides and participate in OpCo-level Monthly Performance Review meetings</li> <li>supporting with creating and maintaining shift plan</li> <li>supporting with following up on planners non-operational deliverables / projects</li> <li>supporting new joiners, make sure they are assigned buddies, receive training</li> <li>on request, acts as Team Leader back up.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You are a good match if you have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, </li> </ul> <p>Logistics, or related field</p> <ul> <li>Language Skills: fluent English and Romanian</li> <li>Good understanding/experience with OTM</li> <li>Understanding of transportation rules, regulations, standard processes and </li> </ul> <p>business policies</p> <ul> <li>Ability to develop and manage client and carrier relationships</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to manage and meet deadlines and multi-task daily activities </li> <li>Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office</li> </ul>
