About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Landscaping Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping services, project management, and customer relations. The Landscaping Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing landscaping projects, snow removal process, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and offer value-added solutions to clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and manage landscaping projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client specifications are met.
- Work closely with the operations team to schedule crews and allocate resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of ongoing projects and weekly maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to sales growth by generating proposals and bids for enhancement projects.
- Prepare and present detailed service proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability.
- Clearly understand and be able to communicate to senior management on account status, project progress, and financial performance.
- Approve invoices and ensure timely billing for services rendered.
- Work closely with internal teams, including crew members, maintenance team and irrigation department to ensure that client needs are met.
- Provide training and support to junior team members or new hires.
- Ensure all landscaping services meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and resolve any issues promptly.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Experience in landscaping management or a related field preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping services, including design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and teams.
- Proficient in project management and budgeting.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with landscaping software (e.g., Aspire, Salesforce, Netsuite or similar tools) is a plus.
- Goal oriented, strong collaborative mindset
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
