Assistant United States Attorney (Appellate)

Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction). United States citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications: Applicants should have demonstrated an interest in appellate work, excellent writing and analytical skills, and an exceptional academic background. Federal judicial clerkship experience is highly desirable. Applicants should also possess strong interpersonal skills, and the capacity to function in a highly demanding environment with minimal guidance.
