Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and shipping materials accurately and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to maintain a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload incoming shipments

• Organize and maintain inventory in accordance with company procedures

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly

• Inspect products for damages and report any discrepancies

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Follow safety standards and company policies at all times

• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and organizational skills

• Familiarity with inventory software is a plus

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
