Flexible Schedule Caregiver (AM/PM/NOC)

United Care is a privately owned home care agency that’s been around for almost 13 years. We provide non-medical, one-on-one support to older adults in the comfort of their own homes. Our goal is to ensure that clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent where they feel most at ease — at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
• Support daily routines such as grooming, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
• Help with errands or provide transportation as needed
• Observe and report changes in a client’s health, behavior, or environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous caregiving experience preferred (not required)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state requirements)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
