About Houston-Galveston Area Council

What will I be doing?
- Monitor and evaluate program reports and performance metrics to ensure compliance with funding guidelines and regulations.
- Support the development of strong quality assurance and quality control processes that foster a high level of confidence in our work and increase efficiency.
- Design promotional material that helps provide accurate information to service providers.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand program requirements and translate them into visual solutions, i.e. desk aids, flyers, etc.
- Conduct thorough reviews of mentor visits, provider training, and provider overview sessions.
- Respond and offer innovative solutions to provider complaints and administer needs assessment and satisfaction surveys.
- Additional duties as assigned to meet program and Workforce Solutions needs.
Key Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to perform and complete tasks with limited supervision.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present strategies, leading to successful deliverables and outcomes.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Do you have…
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
- 3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school or in job related duties
