Position Overview
This role drives engagement and product strategy related to the Investments & Capital Markets ( I&CM’s) adoption of Gen AI and the company’s "Enterprise Business Model" Data strategy.
Our Impact:
Partners and coordinates activities with Business Technology Office (BTO) Leadership, I&CM Leadership, Finance, Enterprise & Operations Technology, and counterparts across divisions to drive I&CM’s successful adoption of two of Freddie Mac’s top technology transformation initiatives.
Your Impact:
As Product Manager for Gen AI, you will collaborate with business users, Gen AI Accelerator Engineering & PMO leads, and counterparts in other Divisions to identify high-impact Gen AI use cases relevant to the I&CM business, help users become proficient with usage of our Gen AI offerings, and help inform the forward product strategy of our ecosystem of Gen AI tools and products.
As Product Manager for I&CM’s Enterprise Business Model (EBM) adoption initiative, you will partner with subject matter experts, peers in other divisions, I&CM Business stakeholders, and technologists to define our Business Process Architecture and associated Business Workflows and Events, as well as the roadmap to drive I&CM towards full EBM Compliance and Adoption.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, with significant Fixed Income Capital Markets experience, as well as experience working in a front-office trading environment
- Experience in a Product Management/Strategy role, with a customer-obsessed user experience mindset
- Strong strategic mindset and proven track record in technology-driven transformation
- Skilled in navigating a highly regulated Financial Services environment with a deep understanding of associated risks and controls
- Exceptional organizational skills; capable of managing a complex portfolio of responsibilities effectively and proactively
- Strong collaboration and horizontal leadership skills
- Experience with/knowledge of Gen AI product offerings and Strategic Data Initiatives
- Technology leadership experience

- Willingness to travel periodically between the NYC Regional Office and Headquarters in McLean, VA (up to 12 times a year).

- Ability to work 5 days a week in-office.
