JOIN THE TEAM

We find a roof over everyone's head - from offices to laboratories to industrial sites, we look after our sites worldwide in the Global Real Estate department. We are responsible for BASF's real estate management and ensure optimal use of the portfolio with our real estate services. International and national real estate initiatives as well as the purchase and sale of real estate are part of our work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

For the next possible date you have the opportunity to become part of our Real Estate unit and support us as an intern.

• As an important part of our team, you support us in the data cleansing of SAP for our Real Estate unit.
• Furthermore, you support Transaction Managers in daily work such as research, market studies, preparation of pitch documents.
• You have the opportunity to participate in Real Estate Reporting data analysis and gain experience creating macro-based Excel templates and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• ongoing studies in Computer Science, Real Estate or Economics or a comparable field of studies with a proficient handling of MS Office, especially Excel, programming languages are an advantage
• ideally knowledge of Power Apps, Microsoft Flow, Power BI and SharePoint, as well as MS Flows and Power Automate
• first experience in the real estate industry is desirable
• business fluent in English; German is a plus
• enthusiasm, commitment and a careful way of working
