About the role

OVERVIEW:

The Sales Operations Analyst is the connective tissue of our commercial organization — blending operational rigor, sales analytics, and enablement execution to improve productivity and revenue performance across all lines of business (APA, SBA, and Pareto).

This role owns the systems, data, and processes that power the commercial engine, while also ensuring that sellers have the tools, insights, and training they need to perform at their best. The ideal candidate combines analytical skill, systems thinking, and cross-functional coordination — turning data and process into clarity and action.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Systems & Process Management:

  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot Sales Hub pipelines, properties, workflows, and automations.
  • Ensure data integrity through monthly CRM audits, validation rules, and activity tracking.
  • Support the integration and alignment of key systems.
  • Manage documentation of processes, stage definitions, and handoff criteria across Sales, Operations, and Implementation.
  • Partner with IT and Marketing Ops to manage change control and system governance.

Sales Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, partner attribution, and enablement ROI.
  • Deliver recurring analytics packages for commercial reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Analyze funnel conversion, deal velocity, and win/loss trends; identify “next best action” insights for sellers.
  • Track OKRs and KPIs across revenue, cross-sell, and partner-influenced targets.

Sales Enablement & Training Operations

  • Manage the sales enablement content repository, ensuring assets are current, searchable, and aligned with GTM priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering to maintain alignment on messaging and new releases.
  • Oversee the training calendar, including scheduling, attendance, and completion tracking for sales enablement sessions.
  • Support readiness reporting and measure the impact of training and enablement programs.
  • Coordinate enablement communications and reminders across teams.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support quarterly commercial operating reviews and retrospectives.
  • Document and maintain SLAs between Sales, Operations, and Implementation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance speed, quality, and cross-functional transparency.
  • Maintain project plans and reporting dashboards for enablement and operational initiatives.
  • Act as project lead for specific RevOps initiatives (e.g., lead scoring automation).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or revenue analytics (B2B SaaS or healthcare preferred).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Sales Hub (Salesforce experience also valuable).
  • Strong skills in Excel/Sheets and data visualization (Power BI or Tableau a plus).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Challenger, MEDDICC frameworks preferred.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting the Company.
  • Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company.
  • Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
