They are responsible for maintaining the clean and hygienic condition of the property’s premises and facilities.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong><em>*Offering $2,500 Signing Bonus!</em></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Clean and inspect the property daily, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, carpets, vents, restrooms, and other common areas; picking up trash; and keeping building entrances, lobbies, grounds, and exterior areas clean, clear, and free of clutter.</li> <li>Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.</li> <li>Report any conditions on the property that prevent cleaning or require additional cleaning attention and notifies supervisor of problems or difficulties in performing job duties.</li> <li>Maintain a high-level of customer service.</li> <li>Performs assigned tasks at cleaning sites, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing, and buffing.</li> <li>Assists in moving supplies and equipment as needed.</li> <li>Monitors inventory of supplies and notifies management when the need for replenishment arises.</li> <li>P
