Expected Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year DOE

Full-time, onsite position Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

The Clinical Intake Manager is preferably a Licensed Master’s level therapist (LMFT or LCSW or LPCC or Associate level) who reports to the Executive Director of a Clinic and sits on the Leadership Team. The Clinical Intake Manager coordinates welcoming families into treatment, manages and directs the admissions process and authentically represents all Embark programs to parents/guardians, referents, and prior treatment providers.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Intake Manager represents the program to parents/guardians, referents, prior treatment providers, etc. This position is highly interactive and serves as a critical link between these various entities. Ensures that the admission processes are completed within the designated time and all documentation is professionally presented. The Clinical Intake Manager may also provide direct services for group, individual and family therapy, and may be responsible for carrying a small clinical caseload in addition to their admissions responsibilities.

• Learn and maintain Embark culture and program norms and live these standards consistently.
• Meet treatment standards through implementation of required notes and MTP standard requirements.
• Schedule intake assessments within 24 hours of warm handoff from admissions support team.
• Complete all admissions within 72 hours of warm handoff from admissions support team.
• 100% of clinical documentation is complete within 24 hours of sessions.

Qualifications

What do you bring to this position?

• At least one year of experience working in a behavioral health setting
• LMFT or LCSW or LPCC or Associate level
• Master’s Degree in a qualifying area of study is required
• Metric driven, outgoing, organized
• Customer centric, friendly, detail oriented
• Ability to plan, implement, and adjust as needed
• Ability to bring outcome metrics above benchmark
• Ability to pass a state background check
