JNWC Deputy Program Manager (DPM)KBR is seeking a Deputy Program Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance in Albuquerque, NM.
Job Description
The successful candidate reports to the PNT Director and shall be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the multiple projects, tasks, and activities at the JNWC through planning, staffing, coordinating, and executing of priorities during daily activities.
The contractor Deputy PM and program manager (PM) will operate as a team with generally inward/tactical and outward/strategic focused attention and activities respectively. They shall jointly monitor and ensure quality and track key quality metrics and measures for deliverables and performance.
The DPM shall be responsible for the tactical operations of the JNWC contractor and subcontract team to implement JNWC project objectives in consideration of strategic objectives.
Responsibilities include deliverables reviews and maintaining a high quality of consistency, accuracy, and thoroughness for all products
Coordinates and tracks schedules and tasking through group leads and acts to rectify staff, technical, schedule, or resource issues
The DPM has knowledge of strategic priorities and where applicable implements project actions in consideration of strategic priorities in coordination with the PM.
The DPM provides input to the PM for hiring/firing/performance reviews in communication with team leads, identifies staff needs to the PM, and participates in staff interviews.
Other responsibilities include offices assignments, staff resource needs, staff allocations, asset configuration management for hardware, software.
Job Qualification
Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD. Experience may be substituted for higher degree levels
10-30+ years’ experience is desired depending upon position
Experience coordinating, executing, assigning, and prioritizing staff and schedules for the execution of simultaneous projects and activities preferably in a technical services role
Experience and/or knowledge in weapon systems, navigation, and/or communications systems and lab and operational testing.
Security Clearance
MUST have an active TS/SCI clearance.
