Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to support and enhance the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) platform along with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC). This individual will play a key role in engineering, implementing, and supporting telephony solutions with a focus on Level 2 and Level 3 support, documentation, and training.
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Design, engineering, and implementation support for Cisco UCCX.
- Develop process and service design package documentation.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for UCCX, CUCM, and CUC.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training to internal Telephony Services staff.
- Support enhancements to call routing and call center agent/supervisor features.
- Cisco UCCX: 5+ years
- Cisco CUCM: 5+ years
- Cisco Unity Connection: 5+ years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
