<h3>Your responsibilities</h3> <strong>Join Celus as a Customer Success - Engineer!</strong><br/><br/>We’re looking for a motivated and technically proficient <strong>Customer Success Engineer</strong> to join our dynamic team in <strong>Porto</strong>. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert for our customers, advocating our CELUS Design Platform. Your insights and expertise will be crucial in driving forward product development and ensuring customer satisfaction.<br/><ul><li>Working closely with customers to understand their requirements, helping to align our product to the customer’s use cases and needs</li><li>Collaborate on creating compelling demos of the capabilities of our software</li><li>Provide feedback to the CELUS product team to strengthen the features and value of our product</li><li>Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements</li><li>Develop and deliver customer onboarding programs, including training sessions and workshops, to ensure successful product adoption and user satisfaction</li><li>Create and maintain knowledge-based content such as tutorials, FAQs, and documentation to support customers and enhance their user experience</li></ul> <h3>Your profile</h3> <ul><li>Degree in <strong>Electrical Engineering field</strong> or similar</li><li>At least <strong>2 - 4 years</strong> of previous experience with technical products in the electronics industry</li><li>Previous experience in <strong>Customer Success </strong>roles </li><li>Expert in <strong>hardware engineering processes</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>CAD tools</strong> for electronics engineering (e.g. Siemens PADS, Altium Designer, KiCad)</li><li>Good analytical skills on <strong>electronic schematics</strong> and <strong>boards</strong></li><li>Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills</li><li>A passion for <strong>engaging customers</strong> doing demos, technical workshops, seminars, presentations</li><li>Agile-mindset and solution driven way of thinking</li><li>Fluent written and spoken<strong> English</strong> </li></ul>
