Job Overview
This position provides Project Management leadership & is responsible for regional end-to-end Product Development projects leading cross-functional teams across multiple product lines, with KPIs such as Launch on Time, Budget, Cost & Quality
This position will interface with the following:
- Product Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Product Management
- Sales & FAE
- Procurement
- Quality
This is a HYBRID role, with on-site presence in Middletown, PA office 2 days per week or more based on business need.
Job Requirements
- Leverage structured new product development process and stage gate frameworks to lead project activities from initial RFQ through the entire project development and release lifecycle
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure smooth project delivery (including timeline, schedule, budget, quality, and deliverables)
- Conduct regular cadence of project meetings, document meeting minutes, and assign and maintain action rails; Follow up with appropriate action owners when necessary
- Manage project stakeholders, including core team members and leadership functions
- Prepare and present projects to the leadership team to effectively communicate project updates and gain project governance approvals
- Monitor and maintain risk and issues logs, and escalate when appropriate
- Proactively identify and communicate escalations around challenges, gaps, support required and resource needs to quickly address issues before they impede successful delivery of the program
- Encourage strategic thinking from the team throughout a project lifecycle

What your background should look like
Skills, Experience, and Education
- Bachelors in business or Technical related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience supporting projects, product development, or project coordination
- Experience working with global team environments
- Understanding of stage-gate processing
- Experience in effect project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and risk analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence
- Excellent at developing and maintaining good working relationships
- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills across all levels (both internally and externally)
Preferable
- Experience in an engineering environment
- Experience with terminal and connector products
- Experience with the Planisware Project Manager software system
- Willingness to gain a PMP certification within 3 years
