Senior Manager, Global Network and Cloud Infrastructure

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Manager, Global Network and Cloud Infrastructure has responsibility for all aspects of network and cloud engineering at Peloton, including strategic planning, architecture, performance management and capacity planning, and service and support. This is a key leadership role within the IT organization that interfaces closely with internal partners, executive management, and department heads. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep technical knowledge, but equally passionate about customer service, automation, continuous improvement, and an innovative mentality that will lead to operational efficiencies, increased compliance, and an optimized global support model. The right candidate will have a track record of leading sophisticated initiatives, the ability to navigate both strategic and tactical challenges, a strong business acumen, and the capacity to lead several key initiatives in parallel working with extended and multi-functional teams.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Reporting to the Director, Global IT Facilities and International IT Operations, this position is responsible for managing the team responsible for engineering, deploying, maintaining, and supporting our global wired and wireless data network, voice systems, core switches, routers, firewalls, VPN and global AWS cloud environment.
• Deploy and support a complex global network and AWS Cloud Service environment
• Troubleshoot infrastructure problems, schedule upgrades, and perform infrastructure analysis and optimization
• Ensure uptime and monitoring of all corporate infrastructure and circuits internationally. Secure the infrastructure by partnering with the Information Security team to establish and enforce policies; define and monitor access.
• Manage infrastructure upgrades, expansion, and new implementation projects.
• Evaluate partner solution portfolio roadmaps and new technologies for potential deployment across Peloton’s entire footprint of studios, retail stores, warehouses, call centers, and offices globally
• Manage insourced and outsourced resources to achieve operational and project-based goals

WHAT YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Telecommunications, Management, or a related quantitative discipline, and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field

• Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable
• Three days per week at NYC office and studio is required.
• International experience preferred

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range$188,800—$231,950 USD
