General Manager/Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Hire, develop & motivate team members
• Sales management
• Credit origination
• Customer service
• Branch compliance
• Maintain company standard charge off percentage
• Being the leader in the prevention of delinquency

General Manager/Store Manager Requirements:

• Sales Manager/General Manager/ Store Manager experience
• Lending or collections exp. is a + but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Good leadership & customer service skills
• Able to hire, develop & motivate 

General Manager/Store Manager Work Hours:

• Average of 45 hours worked each week
• 5-day work week schedule
• No Sundays
• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
