BHS Corrugated is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance-to-Productivity (M2P) team in Chambersburg, PA, ensuring world-class service, safety, and operational excellence at our customer site. This role oversees technicians, coordinates maintenance activities, and drives continuous improvement to maximize equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and support M2P technicians in daily service operations
Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site requirements
Serve as the primary liaison between BHS, the customer, and internal teams
Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Leadership experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or field service
Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting expertise
Excellent communication, organization, and customer-facing skills
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment
