Location: Atlanta, GA (preferred) and Frisco, TX

Key Expectations:

Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to streamline operations and drive innovation.
Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and standards to maintain legal and ethical standards.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business growth and development.
Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure operational goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
Continuously optimize systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth and secure business operations.
Monitor and analyze cloud expense data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
Engage with engineering teams to implement recommendations that reduce waste and improve cloud efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 12+ years of experience or advanced degree with commensurate level of work experience
Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency across the organization
Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to streamline operations and drive innovation
Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and standards to maintain legal and ethical standards
Lead and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business growth and development
Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure operational goals are aligned with overall business objectives
Continuously optimize systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth and secure business operations
Use tools such as Apptio, Excel, and other analytics platforms to visualize cloud spend and support internal reporting and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

Effective communication skills to articulate technical information

Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve business-related issues

Ability to work well in a team environment

Experience communicating financial analysis and cloud cost optimization strategies to both technical and financial audiences.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Apptio) with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights
