By combining deep finance operations expertise with technology‑enabled solutions and hands‑on implementation, the group improves cash flow, strengthens controls, and drives sustainable profitability—delivering results aligned to each fund’s value‑creation thesis.

What You Will Do:

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of value‑creation initiatives for private equity clients, overseeing multiple workstreams and ensuring high‑quality, measurable outcomes.
• Translate investment thesis and value‑creation goals into comprehensive transformation roadmaps across finance, accounting, and operational processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities across P2P, O2C, and C2R/R2R workflows while guiding teams on technology‑enabled enhancements and scalable solutions.
• Serve as a senior advisor to PE operating partners and portfolio company executives, facilitating alignment, decision‑making, and progress toward value‑creation targets.
• Direct advanced financial and operational diagnostics, including KPI design, modeling, workflow analysis, and quantification of improvement levers.
• Oversee evaluations and optimizations of financial systems to enhance automation, controls, and data integrity.
