*The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday supporting standard operational hours from 7a-3p, extended days/hours will apply during peak seasons. 
 

The ideal candidate for this position would be a puzzle solving expert!

The primary responsibility of the Slotting Coordinator is to work closely with departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards and expectations are met. This position assigns work tasks to others, monitors progress of work against established standards, operates and maintains various WMS systems, balances inventory, and helps manage the flow of communication on and between other shifts.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with slotting software
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and slotting
• Ability to think analytically.
• Proficient with computers and various software
• Able to use stand-up forklifts, and ride on pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Must be able to perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without accommodation.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as, state, federal and safety regulations.
• Experience in Retail and store mapping is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• This is an operations position responsible for maintaining and coordinating all slotting processes with a goal of reducing the overall operations cost per case.
• Must manage and develop slotting processes resulting in improved productivity.
• The Slotting Coordinator is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and supports the entire life cycle of the product; identifying the most appropriate storage type based on the current demand or forecasted demand.
• Analyzes cube movement, storage type, consolidation, and warehouse zoning.
• Coordinate and participate in the physical inventory of warehouse items, compiling inventory records and preparing reports, as needed.
