This position is responsible for the development of the transportation network of independent drivers by actively supporting potential new drivers through the onboarding and credentialing process. This position screens potential drivers, contributes input to the selection process, provides potential drivers with the relevant documentation and certification requirements, and works with them to complete the steps required to submit them for approval to credentialing.

  • Serves as the liaison between the organization and potential drivers seeking to provide independent transportation services for our organization's members.
  • Conducts opportunity interviews with interested potential drivers. Provides detailed information related to the role, the requirements, and the process for joining the network.
  • Develops and maintain positive relationships with independent transportation providers.
  • Acquires all relevant information from the potential driver and initiates all required background checks and screenings.
  • Reviews any potentially disqualifying information with the Driver Recruitment Team for determination.
  • Submits completed packets for coordination with the organization's credentialing department. Assists in correcting any errors and omissions in the file.
  • Maintains accurate records and tracking information utilizing the organization's tools / systems.
  • Provides reporting as requested.
  • Provides support as needed in other areas of the Driver Recruitment process as needed, including submission review and phone screening.
  • Provides support as needed with the recertification process for current drivers.
  • Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.
We are looking to speak to individuals with the following...
  • High School Diploma required.
  • One (1) plus years of experience.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be results-oriented, customer focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to track and follow up on a high volume of details consistently and efficiently.
  • Ability to develop strong professional relationships .
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite required.

Salary: $16.36 - $22.09 hourly
