What would I be doing in this career field?
Our newest team member will provide internal and external custodial services for our hospital. Work includes delivering food carts, cleaning residential and grounds areas including patient bedrooms, dayrooms, dining areas, bathrooms, corridors, and program areas.
Additional responsibilities include shoveling, sanding, moving furniture, assisting patients in learning general custodial tasks, and escorting contractors to specific work locations.
This position is physically demanding, and employees are exposed to patient behavior. On-the-job training is provided.
What are the Minimum Qualifications?
Experience, which demonstrates housekeeping skills and the physical capacity to perform a variety of custodial tasks.
