Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBLITES

Works in close coordination with BA 2 Program Support Manger and business area managers providing organizational structure and support for various tasks involved in the implementation and support of programs and proposals. 

  • Coordinate invoice development, submission, and tracking.
  • Participate in transition activities upon award including kickoff meetings, contracts/subcontracts, staffing, financial setup, security processing
  • Coordinate Quarterly Contract Status Report information, to ensure compliance with Corporate ISO 9001 policy and process adherence.
  • Coordinate and track Business Unit trends, project milestones, and status updates.
  • Serve as a Business Process and Communications Analyst to understand, analyze and document requirements, develop Business Process Maps and make recommendations for improvements, technology upgrades or changes to support business goals.
  • Effectively manage schedules and deadlines, support and anticipate business needs.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers for onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Assist with the management of proposals to include resume formatting, color team reviews, etc.
  • Create Job requisitions for programs and proposals.
  • Oversight and assist with Financial planning.
  • Monitor and track business area/business unit compliance with all corporate Quality, Training, Finance and Contract Management guidance and documentation.
  • Other related duties as required or assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management highly desired.
  • 5+ years’ experience working organizational processes, reporting, budgeting and communication
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with excel to include creating and modifying pivot tables
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and through briefings
  • Must be cooperative, courteous, and tactful in dealing with all personnel.
  • Ability to focus under pressure in a chaotic and busy environment.
  • Ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate meetings, manage meeting minutes, and communicate with stakeholders succinctly and timely.
  • Must have reliable internet and telephone service.
  • Designated quiet home office space.
