This role will support our online care platform requiring work in various capacities and adaptation to different work arrangements based on the needs set by the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling their job duties in the following work situations:</p> <h2><strong>Where You’ll Be</strong></h2> <p>To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Charlotte, NC/Fort Mill, SC, Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.</p> <p>Fort Mill/Charlotte: <em>1101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707</em></p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of software components in production environments.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices and RVO Health’s standards.</li> <li>Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software performance to deliver seamless and reliable user experience.</li> <li>Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of software components, including unit, integration, and performance testing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth integration of software components.</li> <li>Participate actively in code reviews to uphold high code quality, enforce coding standards, and share knowledge within the team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Document software architecture, design decisions, implementation details, and operational procedures to support maintainability.</li> <li>Stay informed on emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends relevant to healthcare software development and apply them appropriately.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior engineers and associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2> <p><strong>Required:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, a related field; or equivalent experience.</li> <li>2+ years of experience in software engineering roles.</li> <li>Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, Java, C#, C++, etc.).&
