About the Job

• Drive the Go to Market of Storage as-a-Service (aaS) GreenLake Flex offers that clearly differentiates HPE from its competitors, capitalizes on the latest innovations from HPE Storage business groups and provides a compelling mix of HPE services experience to manage the customer engagement and environment and ultimately returns a healthy product margin.
• Manage aaS offer development through product lifecycle including conformance to pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery, competitive assessment, sales readiness, partner and vendor management and associated processes.
• Work with business managers to execute on the vision, strategy, value creation and concepts for the evolution of the GreenLake for Storage Flex Solutions.
• Work with HPE GreenLake go-to-market (GTM) team to embed the offer into the sales and presales organizations and support the first early adopter deals.
• Responsible for revenue and margin contribution of Storage aaS Flex solutions and services.
• Utilize technical and business skills to manage complex cross-functional activities that have a high impact on the GreenLake Storage aaS Flex business.

About You

• Technical understanding and knowledge of the storage industry and trends with the ability to provide solution guidance.
• Organizational knowledge of GreenLake business units (Hybrid Cloud, Sales & Presales, Operations, HPE Services, etc.).
• Knowledge of HPE, services offerings, configure-price-quote (CPQ) tools and routes to market.
• Strong teamwork skills, ability to gain alignment and oversee teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.
• Skills in financial performance metrics and assessment.
• Solid skills in exercising independent judgement.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management stages.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely and compellingly.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study.  In addition, the completion of MBA or business related study is plus.
• 5+ years of work experience in related field of study (product management, product marketing, program management, project management).
• Proven ability to define and execute a business strategy that drives operational excellence & profit.
• Demonstrated experience in leading people and teams on complex projects.
