Responsibilities

The Contract Liaison, Lead Associate leads investigative operations at the local, regional, or national level, ensuring timely and quality closure of cases in support of client contracts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

The Contractor Liaison will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • Leads investigative operations at the local, regional, or national level, ensuring timely and quality closure of cases in support of client contracts. 
  • Oversees a team(s) of Independent Contractors. 
  • Accountable for effective profit/loss management in assigned territory; develops strategies and tactics to ensure profitability.
  • Has overall accountability for client satisfaction with team performance and quality.
  • Analyzes operational data and projections to forecast unit performance and monitor expected achievement as compared to contractual obligations.
  • Negotiates, monitors, and approves premiums and incentives for Independent Contractors.
  • Ensures consistent, proper treatment of all Independent Contractors to maintain compliance with applicable laws, particularly DOL labor and wage laws.
  • Manages follow-up investigations concerning investigator activity on cases assigned.
  • Approves providing notice to contract investigators regarding offering engagements and ensuring adherence to policy.
  • Continually monitors the case workflow and distribution of items across assigned areas.
  • Provides recommendations for staffing levels in area of responsibility.
  • Actively drives continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Required Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ Years previous experience in the BI Industry
  • US Citizenship
  • RDG Security Clearance

  • Skilled at report creation, analysis and presentation of findings
  • Skilled at motivating and energizing others to perform to their highest capabilities
  • Proficiency with Windows applications required
  • Analytical, innovative and able to see the big picture, navigate complexity and ambiguity

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
