Operator (Thermoforming)

Hours: 6:45 am - 7:15 pm/ 4 days on - 4 days off

Location: Plant City, FL

While reporting to the Supervisor, as a Thermoforming Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating all manufacturing equipment.  Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to Highland Packaging culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for thermoforming line, including light maintenance/preventative maintenance
• Transport finished goods to storage or staging areas with or without manufacturing equipment 
• Shelving, stacking or loading pallets and containers 

• Collaborate with planners, coordinators or supervisors for warehousing and shipping duties 
• Audits loading and load tally sheets for accuracy 
• May operator forklift equipment, will ensure to do this in a safe manner 

We’d love to hear from you if:

• You have at least 2 years’ experience with warehouse, shipping and/or forklift operations 
• Proficient in computers, Oracle or another WMS experience a plus 
• Ability to work fast paced with a high level of accuracy  
• Operates with a safety-first mentality
