Job Description
The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
The Outcomes Research Latin America team is recruiting for a Co-Op student in the Spring and Summer 2025. The Co-Op is tailored to support our Company’s product portfolio, focusing on Latin American markets. The student will gain experience with real world data sources including health economic models, epidemiologic and burden of disease studies, health technology assessment and developing real world data strategies to meet customer needs. Required Education and Experience:
Candidate is currently enrolled in a graduate degree program and should be returning to school or graduating after the Co-op is completed
Candidates must be pursuing a Master or Doctoral degree in outcomes research, epidemiology, data science in health, health economics, health technology assessment, health policy, or public health
Candidates must have completed at least one year of study by March of 2025.
Candidates must be available to work full-time for 4-6 months in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week at the assigned worksite)
Candidate must reside within the 50 U.S. states (or Washington, DC) during the entirety of the assignment
Candidates must have quantitative research and analytics experience, and knowledge of statistical techniques and exposure to health economics, HTA or health economic modelling
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Candidates should have leadership skills with ability to work in high performance teams and/or matrix organization.
Candidates with research experience and/or interest in epidemiology, outcomes research, health economics, health technology assessment, or health policy specifically within the vaccines area are preferred
Candidates with scientific writing and/or manuscript authorship experience are preferred
Candidates should have proficiency in MS Teams, Excel, Word, Office 365 and PowerPoint applications
Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with internal stakeholders.
Candidates with working level of Spanish and / or Portuguese are preferred.
Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00-$105,500.00
