Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury Law

We are looking for a Litigation Attorney to join our Personal Injury Department and represent clients in auto accidents, premises liability, and other injury-related claims. This role is ideal for a plaintiff-side litigator who is passionate about securing justice for injured individuals. You will handle all aspects of litigation while collaborating with a dedicated legal team in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Prepare and review case-related documents, including correspondence and settlement demands.
• Provide legal counsel to clients, guiding them through case strategies and potential outcomes.
• Supervise and support paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.
• Develop case strategies tailored to maximize client recovery. 

Requirements

• Active bar membership.
• Minimum 1-2 years of personal injury litigation experience in a law firm.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
