What you will do in this role 

As a Customer Advisor on our team, you will:  

• Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations 

• Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, social media, chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience 

• Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives 

• Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients 

 

Your qualifications  

Concentrix is a great match if you: 

• Are proficient or bilingual in both Hungarian (C1) and English (B2) 

• Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented 

• Are available to work rotating and weekend shifts (M-F, 09:00-22:00, 2 shifts 09:00-18:00 & 13:00-22:00; Weekends 09:00-18:00)
