Robert Bosch LLC seeks Software Engineer (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 15000 N Haggerty Road, Plymouth, MI 48170. This role needs a proactive engineer to fill the role as Software Engineer for our Cross Domain Computing department focusing on perception and threat assessment topics. Design and implement solutions for driving systems involving tracking, localization, path planning and sensor data fusion. Work with other situation experts to propose state-of-the-art solutions for ADAS features. Verify and validate features and functions with simulation tools and large amounts of data. Document and communicate decisions according to system designs and architecture to the responsible engineers. Work with Hardware, Software, Application, and Test Engineers to develop ADAS control systems according to the V-model. Participate in reviews for requirements, designs, and implementations. Communicate with other System / Software Architects globally to share knowledge and lessons learned. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Systems Engineer, or other occupation/position/job title involving System and Software development. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: (1) C++, C, Matlab, Simulink, and Python programming skills; (2) Designing, developing, and owning Advance Driver Assistant (ADA) features and algorithms; (3) Analyzing data from Radar and Camera systems for feature algorithm implementations; (4) Managing requirements in IBM DOORs; (5) CANalyzer and Canape tools for CAN network signal analysis; (6) Software development and requirements engineering according to the V-model and ASPICE; (7) JIRA and Quality Management Tool for tracking tasks and quality management. Telecommuting: Remote Work May Be Permitted- 2 times a week in office.
