The Customer Operations Associate administratively supports the sales team with fleet customers. This role is responsible for preparing reports, maintaining sales data and other administrative duties.
YOUR IMPACT:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain weekly status reports monitoring fleet customer orders.
- Serve as the contact person for key fleet customers to assist with the process of forecasting orders through shipment of orders.
- Communicate with vendors and fleet customers regarding timing of orders.
- Assist fleet sales team with order quoting including reviewing orders, obtaining pricing exceptions and order submittal.
- Write routine reports, correspondence and speak effectively before both internal and external groups.
- Assist with monthly and annual sales forecasting.
- All other duties and responsibilities that are reasonably assigned by the employer or its designee.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED with two (2) or more years of sales experience. OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of related customer or administrative experience.
- Microsoft Office proficient - especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills.

- Ability to showcase strong statistical & analytical skills.

Pay Range:
$56,600.00 - $88,400.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
