Technology Intern - Developer

The Technology intern will become familiar with the Technology support process and procedures, be introduced to Holiday Inn Club Vacations Technology standards and methods and participate in support activities for the Technology department. Interns will be assigned to development projects within the Technology department for the duration of the internship. Interns will be coached and mentored throughout the program and will be required to attend weekly meetings, training and events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Work closely with team lead to complete training in assigned Technology area.
• Learn technology standards and methods.
• Learn support process and procedures.
• Lend support in various tasks of assigned project within designated technology area.
• Participate in weekly meetings/events with manager and other interns.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Currently enrolled in college/university, entering third or fourth year
• Student pursuing a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher and be in current good standing with the college/university
• Must not be first three semesters taking college coursework
• Software development/programming
• Must be able to secure housing in the location of the internship for the duration of the internship
• Frequent computer use
• Ability to Multi-Task, prioritize and manage time effectively
